Private pay services are billed at a flat hourly rate, with weekly invoicing for clarity and consistency.
Payments are due within 7 days of each invoice

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule adjustments. This allows us to properly coordinate caregivers and continue providing reliable service to all clients.
