    Lindsay Lake is the owner of Authentic Vibes Home Care LLC, with a background spanning customer service, residential care, and leadership. Her journey has shaped a strong commitment to integrity, resilience, and team-centered care. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients and caregivers feel valued and receive exceptional care.

  • TYLENE BERGERON

    CO-OWNER

    With years of hands-on experience in caregiving, case management, staff leadership, and as a certified Death Doula, Tylene co-founded Authentic Vibes Home Care with the belief that care should always feel personal, compassionate, and genuine. She is committed to creating a trusted environment where clients, families, and caregivers are treated with dignity, respect, and understanding. Her passion for service is rooted in integrity, reliability, and answering the call to help others in meaningful ways every day.

    Teresa Gourley serves as Chief of Operations at Authentic Vibes Home Care, where she oversees daily operations and helps ensure every client receives compassionate, personalized care. She is committed to maintaining efficient systems, supporting caregivers, and fostering clear communication across the team. Teresa plays a vital role in upholding the organization’s standards and creating a dependable, client-focused care environment.

    Working behind the scenes at Authentic Vibes Home Care, Kelly Saidnon supports daily operations with a focus on HR, compliance, and billing. With a background in home care as a CNA, DSP, and PSS, they bring hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the field. They are a reliable resource for both staff and clients, always willing to answer questions and help connect others with the support they need.

    DIRECTOR OF HOMECARE SERVICES

    Jessica Shaw is the Director at Authentic Vibes Home Care, supporting both clients and caregivers through hands-on fieldwork and daily operations. She works with new clients, conducts care reviews, and helps maintain high standards of service while overseeing scheduling, compliance, hiring, and administrative tasks. With a background as a Personal Support Specialist, field supervisor, and in administration, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. Jessica is committed to supporting her team and ensuring the right resources are always available.

  • ETLEVA EVA TUCCI

    DIRECTOR

    Eva Tucci began her healthcare career with Maine Health Care in 2009, where she discovered a deep passion for caring for patients and serving others. In 2021, she became a certified Personal Support Specialist (PSS), gaining extensive hands-on experience in compassionate home care. In 2024, she advanced into a management role, further strengthening her leadership skills and commitment to quality care. Today, as a Director at Authentic Vibes Home Care, Eva is dedicated to supporting both clients and caregivers with integrity, respect, and compassion.

  • JOHN BERGERON

    MANAGER/FIELD SUPERVISOR

    John Bergeron brings over 11 years of home care experience, providing compassionate support as a Personal Support Specialist. Before entering home care, he served as a police officer and firefighter in Massachusetts, reflecting a lifelong commitment to helping others.

    Since joining Authentic Vibes Home Care in August as a Manager and Field Supervisor, John continues to lead with integrity and heart—because when the call to serve comes in, he answers.

    ACCOUNTANT

    At Authentic Vibes Home Care, Gail Lake brings both business knowledge and real-world home care experience to our team. With a background in business studies and hands-on experience in the home care field, Gail understands the importance of compassionate service and strong financial organization. She now enjoys working remotely as our accountant, helping support the daily operations that keep Authentic Vibes Home Care running smoothly and efficiently.

    Joshua Long attended Riverview Memorial School in Norridgewock, a Christian school that helped shape his strong faith and values. With a deeply instilled belief in Christ, he carries compassion, kindness, and a heart for serving others into both his personal life and professional work. As Assistant Manager at Authentic Vibes Home Care, Joshua is dedicated to supporting clients and staff with genuine care, reliability, and respect. His commitment to helping others reflects the mission of Authentic Vibes Home Care — providing compassionate care with heart and purpose while answering the call.
