Authentic Vibes Home Care is a locally owned and operated home care provider serving families across the state of Maine.

    Lindsay Lake is the owner of Authentic Vibes Home Care LLC, with a background spanning customer service, residential care, and leadership. Her journey has shaped a strong commitment to integrity, resilience, and team-centered care. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where clients and caregivers feel valued and receive exceptional care.

    With years of hands-on experience in caregiving, case management, staff leadership, and as a certified Death Doula, Tylene co-founded Authentic Vibes Home Care with the belief that care should always feel personal, compassionate, and genuine. She is committed to creating a trusted environment where clients, families, and caregivers are treated with dignity, respect, and understanding. Her passion for service is rooted in integrity, reliability, and answering the call to help others in meaningful ways every day.

    JESSICA SHAW

    DIRECTOR OF HOMECARE SERVICES: WESTERN MAINE

    Jessica Shaw is the Director of Homecare Services for Western Maine, supporting both clients and caregivers through hands-on fieldwork and daily operations. She works with new clients, conducts care reviews, and helps maintain high standards of service while overseeing scheduling, compliance, hiring, and administrative tasks. With a background as a Personal Support Specialist, field supervisor, and in administration, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. Jessica is committed to supporting her team and ensuring the right resources are always available.

    EVA TUCCI

    DIRECTOR OF HOMECARE SERVICES: SOUTHERN MAINE

    Eva Tucci began her healthcare career with Maine Health Care in 2009, where she discovered a deep passion for caring for patients and serving others. In 2021, she became a certified Personal Support Specialist (PSS), gaining extensive hands-on experience in compassionate home care. In 2024, she advanced into a management role, further strengthening her leadership skills and commitment to quality care. Today, as a Director at Authentic Vibes Home Care, Eva is dedicated to supporting both clients and caregivers with integrity, respect, and compassion.

    JOHN BERGERON

    FIELD MANAGER

    John Bergeron brings over 11 years of home care experience, providing compassionate support as a Personal Support Specialist. Before entering home care, he served as a police officer and firefighter in Massachusetts, reflecting a lifelong commitment to helping others.

    Since joining Authentic Vibes Home Care in August as a Manager and Field Supervisor, John continues to lead with integrity and heart—because when the call to serve comes in, he answers.

    Caring for others has always been more than a job for Mary. As both a Personal Support Specialist and a family caregiver, she has developed a deep appreciation for the trust families place in caregivers.

    Whether helping with daily activities, providing companionship, or simply offering a listening ear, she approaches caregiving with warmth and a genuine desire to help others feel comfortable, valued, and empowered. Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families is one of the most rewarding parts of their work.  Her commitment to service comes from the heart, and she feels honored to walk alongside those she cares for on their unique journeys.

    BRANDY DOWNS

    TEAM LEAD

    Brandy Downs lives in Madison, Maine. She has over 20 years' experience in the health field. She has an associate's degree as a medical assistant and has also worked as a DSP, PSS, and a CNA.

    Authentic Vibes is lucky to have her on the team, as she brings both compassion and a deep understanding of caretaking not only for the clients we serve, but also for the caregivers who serve them. She is always willing to help when and where she can.

    TAMMY PIERCE-MILANO

    TEAM LEAD

    Tammy prioritizes active listening and patient-centered care in her work, and she brings the deep belief that everyone deserves to age with dignity in a familiar environment to her leadership role at AVHC. She feels deeply fulfilled when she can bring a smile to a client's face or ease a family's stress. 

    She has worked in caregiving as a CNA, PSS, and DSP throughout the state of Maine in nursing homes, hospitals, group homes, hospice, and private homes. She strives to approach each patient with empathy, respect, and full attention. We are lucky to have her on the Authentic Vibes team!

    For over 20 years, Christina has dedicated her career to caring for individuals with a wide range of needs while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Her extensive experience as a CNA and PSS includes working in home health care, nursing home, hospital, and family caregiving settings. .Her approach is simple: treat every client as she would want her own loved ones cared for.

    What inspires her most about this work is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's day. She says, “Caring for others is more than a profession for me. It is a lifelong passion and a calling. I am grateful for the relationships I have built over the years and look forward to continuing to serve my community with warmth, dedication, and heart.”

Guided by the principle of caring for her clients exactly as she would her own loved ones.     Teresa Gourley serves as Chief of Operations at Authentic Vibes Home Care, where she oversees daily operations and helps ensure every client receives compassionate, personalized care. She is committed to maintaining efficient systems, supporting caregivers, and fostering clear communication across the team. Teresa plays a vital role in upholding the organization’s standards and creating a dependable, client-focused care environment.

    KELLY SAINDON

    BILLING MANAGER AND TRAINING PARTNER

    You can find Kelly in her home office, working on the daily workings of Authentic Vibes Home Care behind the scenes. Not only is she the Billing Manager, but she works with our Training Team to bring weekly classes that train and mold new leaders across the agency. 

    Kelly has a long history in the home care world, working as a CNA as a young adult, then as a DSP and PSS later in her adult life. She has also been a Care Coordinator and a Community Case Manager. She is an excellent resource for Authentic Vibes Home Care and always quick to answer questions and help connect others with the support they need.

    KRISTI HAYES-DEVLIN

    DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

    Kristi is excited to share Authentic Vibes’ high-energy mission and vibrant opportunities with the state of Maine! She began her career as a teenage caregiver, later getting her degree in education and creative writing from UMF. She is currently finishing an MBA focused on marketing/ communications.

    She brings almost 30 years’ business and marketing experience to AVHC, including 14 years running an international babywearing business and as the Executive Director of an international trade organization. As the chair of the ASTM sling standards committee she gained expertise in global compliance. She loves creative endeavors of all kinds and learning about new people and new things!

    Joshua Long attended Riverview Memorial School in Norridgewock, a Christian school that helped shape his strong faith and values. With a deeply instilled belief in Christ, he carries compassion, kindness, and a heart for serving others into both his personal life and professional work. As Assistant Manager at Authentic Vibes Home Care, Joshua is dedicated to supporting clients and staff with genuine care, reliability, and respect. His commitment to helping others reflects the mission of Authentic Vibes Home Care — providing compassionate care with heart and purpose while answering the call.

    STEVE AUSTIN

    DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE

    Steve brings more than 24 years of experience in Maine’s health and human services field to Authentic Vibes Home Care. He began his career providing direct support and spent 17 years with a MaineCare provider, advancing to Chief Operating Officer. That experience shapes his practical approach to compliance, staff support, and quality care.

    Steve believes people should be heard, respected, and involved in decisions about the care they receive. He works to make complex requirements clear and useful for the caregivers and teams putting them into practice.

    BILLING

    Jessica Lay is a detail-oriented Billing Specialist who bridges the gap between financial precision and excellent client relations. Over the past 4 years, she has successfully managed high-volume billing cycles, reduced overdue accounts and ensured strict compliance with industry regulations. Jessica Lay is highly proficient in utilizing platforms to eliminate billing errors and accelerate payment collections. She holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management and specializes in healthcare administration. She is passionate about helping the organization maintain robust financial health.     CAROLINE HAYWARD

    Caroline Hayward works directly alongside our Chief Operating Officer, Teresa, to support the daily operational coordination and core mission of Authentic Vibes Home Care. With over 25 years of proven management experience, Caroline brings a wealth of leadership expertise, structural coordination, and seasoned problem-solving skills to our leadership team. She plays an essential role in optimizing our daily operations, ensuring that our skilled and vetted care staff are fully supported to deliver care that feels truly authentic, comforting, and dependable. Deeply aligned with our commitment to serving families across every generation, Caroline champions an environment rooted in deep empathy, transparent communication, and setting the example for excellence across Maine. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys attending community and local events and spending time with family.

    ACCOUNTANT

    At Authentic Vibes Home Care, Gail Lake brings both business knowledge and real-world home care experience to our team. With a background in business studies and hands-on experience in the home care field, Gail understands the importance of compassionate service and strong financial organization. She now enjoys working remotely as our accountant, helping support the daily operations that keep Authentic Vibes Home Care running smoothly and efficiently.
