Caregivers provide non-medical support tailored to each client’s needs. Each thing you do with and for your client helps empowers them to remain as independent as possible in their own home.
Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
Providing companionship and emotional support
Reminding them to take their medications or do other self-care tasks
Assisting with errands or transportation when needed
